How Stella Got Her Groove Back
3 journalers for this copy...
I think this book makes for a good summer read. I brought it with me last year while on vacation and I enjoyed it. I saw the movie afterward and thought the book was much better.

Just got back to Minnesota yesterday to see that this had arrived from lemondrop622 with an adorable note inside! Yay! I probably won't be able to read it for a bit as I've got a couple bookrings that take priority. :-( It looks great though, and I'm really looking forward to it! Thanks lemondrop622! :-D
This book was a lovely escape from my oh-so-hectic life, very enjoyable though I'm not sure how entirely believable it was. But that doesn't really matter now does it? ;-D Anyway, it was a lovely read, big thank-yous lemondrop622!!! I'll be RABCKing this to someone, not sure who just yet, maybe a surprise.... hmmmmm..... ;-P
Warsaw/Poland - Sent on to my dear friend Czersk in Minnesota today as a surprise RABCK, enjoy!!
This came in the mail yesterday from Zarylia. You sure know how to brighten up my day, Mags! Stella came with another rather eyebrow-raising book that just made me laugh and laugh. And I needed a good laugh. Thank you!
(I'm still shaking my head:D)

I needed this. I really did. I had one of those moments where I picked up book after book, and then threw book after book to the side because I really couldn't be bothered to read any of them- even my dear Harry Potter. But I picked up Stella and the world seemed to fall in place. Sometimes a girl just needs to read a book like this. I can see where the unbelievableness of the story may bother some people, but not me. What did kind of throw me for a loop was the vast amounts of money Stella was always spending. It's just hard for me to imagine I guess. Anyway, this was a lovely book. I would like to see the movie now.
