I got this softcover at independent bookstore Balin Books (formerly Toadstool Books) in Nashua. It's a look at the catastrophic Johnstown Flood of 1889. (I've read other books about this, including The Johnstown Flood and Flooded.)
This turned out to be a perfectly respectable look at the events leading up to the disaster, the course of the tragedy as it unfolded, and the aftermath - but Roker himself credits McCullough's Johnstown Flood as a major source, and I prefer that one.
