I found this hardcover in this Little Free Library in Nashua NH while dropping off some books of my own. I've read some of the earlier books in the "Agent Pendergast" series - this one's the 10th - and I've generally preferred the ones in which Pendergast shows up as a supporting character/visiting superhero rather than the ones in which he's the main character. In this one he's not only the main character but much of the plot has to do with his discovery that his late wife's death was actually murder - and now he wants to exact vengeance on those responsible...
