Caught in the newly located Bookcrossing area in the Community Cyberspace in the PN Central Library. So pleased to find that there is still a Bookcrossing Zone in this library, albeit rather a small one and not so obvious to folk who don't already know about Bookcrossing. Hope it will continue to be there and be used. How about a big sign? I did my bit leaving some books there and, with relatively regular visits to PN to our family living there, I'll continue to do my bit.
Not sure whether this is my style of book. I get a bit hosed of with older men finding young female lovers. Something wrong with life's balance there I think. Will read and see if imbalance truly applies in this instance. Can always use the 60+ rule if I don't like it.
Do I hear you ask what is the 60+ rule?
Give a book 60 pages before discontinuing to read it BUT reduce the number of pages by 5 for every year you are older than 60! Works well for me.

I did quite enjoy this book in a very relaxed sort of way but without bodies and forensic exercises it didn't really hold my attention. Despite efforts to expand my writing genre I still prefer the gory books.

Arrived today in a big box of books for the NZBC Convention. Thanks Sherlockfan, and wish you could be here.

28 March 2005. Edited to add: the book did end up in the mobile OCZ, so I hung it from the "book fence" we created at Hilltop when we stopped to admire the view on our mystery bus trip yesterday.
