One of the first books we purchased when my husband was diagnosed with celiac disease was this book. This edition was updated in 2016 and is still a valuable resource.
We have a newer version of this book so I'll release this one soon to help some other person trying to learn about being gluten free.

WILD RELEASE NOTES:
I have a scheduled pick up with CDA and included will be a number of books. Eventually they should make their way to a Value Village store.
