Peaches for Monsieur le Curé
2 journalers for this copy...

Picked this book from the book buffet at the BCinDC annual meet-up at Birdie's Cafe in Westminster Md in memory of BC'er "MaryZee".
It turns out that I have already read this book which was retitled "Peaches for Father Francis" for the U.S. market. Since I have already read this book, I will be releasing it soon for another reader to enjoy.
My previous BC review for "Peaches for Father Francis"
I enjoyed this book. Towards the end it became a page turner for me. This book is about love, hate, friendship, loyalty, tribalism, family, religion, nature, human nature, a lot of misinterpretation, misunderstandings and the power of chocolate.

This book is by the author of "Chocolat" which was made into a movie with Juliette Binoche and Johnny Depp.
