Read this after previously reading 'My Grandmother Sends Her Regards and Apologies' in which Britt-Marie also appeared in a supporting role.
Britt-Marie is fussy and aggressive but I found her impossible not to love, as she finds herself in a small town, following the break down of her marriage, together with a cast of characters who are also misfits.
A tale about starting over, however old you are and finding your place in the world. Sweet and heartwarming. I highly recommend this book.
