I plucked this book from the pre-release bookshelf in the basement of McIntyre’s Books at Fearrington Village in Pittsboro, North Carolina, USA. (A wonderful employee perk!) I donated it to the downtown Reno Library, an oasis in the desert full of plants and trees!
