I am one of the few people who hated Snow Falling on Cedars. I just couldn't get past the fishing. This story seems like it would be more appealing to me. I am excited to give this one a shot.

Oh well...I tried. I loved the idea of this book but once again David Guterson's fixation with an early detail was enough to turn me off again. This time instead of fishing, it was the mushrooms that did me in. I am sending this on to grant a wish of another bookcrosser!
