I had somehow put this book on my wishlist and bought it now for my 41st birthday.
I like those officially subjective history books, history in x beverages or y fish as there is always a bias anyway and with an offical one it is somehow easier.
Somehow I expected more... some parts are interesting, some less. And somehow I got the impression interesting details in those womens lives have been left out - I wouldn't know what, just that much seems pretty plain, but maybe that's how real lives work...
