Bought so I would have something to trade when the cozy mystery bookbox gets to me. It looks very cute! I'll have to search for the first book in the series, The Chocolate Cat Caper.

Lee is a sleuth with warts! She breaks into people's homes to get evidence, gets her "tang tongueled", breaks dates... It was fun reading about her and her family in Michigan. The page-long tidbits about chocolate were informative and gave me lots of new mystery title ideas for my wishlist.

This will be added to one of the cozy mystery bookboxes for which I'm signed up.

I found this to be an average cozy mystery. Nothing too special about it. The plot was average, the characters average. An okay read.

Synopsis: Lee and her Aunt Nettie are taking part in a teddy bear promotion in Michigan. Aunt Lee owns a chocolate shop and Lee is her accountant. Antiques dealer, Gail, lends them some antique teddy bear chocolate molds to display. Turns out the molds are valuable and the original owner is upset they have been lent out. Gail ends up murdered after the chocolate shop is burglarized and one of the molds is missing. Lee's step-son, who arrived in town unannounced and was caught breaking into her home, is the prime suspect in the murder. So, Lee does some sleuthing to clear his name.
