OK I'll admit I bought and read this book because the author is somehow related to my best friend who hates chick lit but wanted to be supportive (through me). Guess what? I loved it.
Eugenie Seifer Olson is a welcome new voice in the chick lit ranks. Instead of our heroine being employed in the media (as most chick lit heroines are) Toby Morris workes designing instruction sheets for a big toy company! She has a huge crush on a TV weatherman she's never met! And she volunteers....well I don't want to spoil it for you. Get ready for a fun read.
