1998 Tyndale House trade paperback of the 1995 Book One entry in the Christian Rapture series, "a novel of the Earth's last days." I found this copy yesterday in the Maybelle Little Free Library.
Edit August 9, 2022: This is an easy read, but I just skimmed to end for time. I was rather disappointed, because I expected it to be more of a thriller, with the bang of the Rapture implied by the title, but evidently that comes much later in the series. Instead, this is a lot of mundane dialogue, setting up characters and the preliminary buildup of the One World Government, unless I am totally wrong, based on my browsing. But I don't think I really missed any major actions scenes. This copy is still in good condition, but the cheap production paper is starting to darken in color. I currently have this ranked at #4188 on my ranked list of best-read books lately.
