Ik heb me nooit gerealiseerd dat moderators van internet continu geconfronteerd worden met vreselijke beelden en wat dat met een mens kan doen.Het éénnalaatste hoofdstuk vond ik heftig en onverwacht. Het laatste hoofdstuk begreep ik niets van. Wat was de zin om dit hoofdstuk toe te voegen?
