Interesting account of Leary's LSD "research" in the form of fiction. Or should it be called "half-fiction"? It took me a while to get into it, but then I finished it quickly. I liked the ironical, often satirical undertone, and to see how LSD polarised the world. The end was sudden indeed. It seemed Boyle didn't feel like following Leary any further, to California.

I’ve wanted to read this for ages and was delighted to find it on the book buffet! Picked up with delight at the bookcrossing anniversary convention in Falkirk, Scotland.
