The Year of Less
3 journalers for this copy...
This was interesting because although having too much stuff was the prompt behind the author buying virtually nothing for a year, the focus of the book was more on her relationships and how those impacted on her life and behaviours. It was very readable but not one I would read again and again, unlike some of the other decluttering books I have.
And off it goes to Poodlesister for the wishlist tag game. Happy reading!

This looks really interesting. I am very tempted to start to read it straight away despite having numerous books owed to numerous people, waiting to be read or finished. I have definitely cut down on my spending on non-consumable stuff (apart from books!). I get my retail therapy from buying nice things for other people (that I know they will like and use).

An interesting read. I envy how easily the author decluttered. This book really was about how to stop unhealthy habits and addictions, and how to do it thoughtfully and with self-care and understanding. A good role model for forming new and more helpful habits and behaviours.

CONTROLLED RELEASE NOTES:
I’m going to send this to Poppywalker as a wishlist RABCK.
Really interesting book and I like the way it was written. Also the guide section and the end with advice if your inspired to do similar. It certainly gets you thinking. I'm not a big shopper at all bit I may still take note after reading this.
Thank you Poodlesister for passing it on which I will also do
