Thank you for the parcel of books. This is a new author for me.
What a group of obnoxious characters. I didn't really like anyone.
The story was very slow moving and tedious apart from the last few pages. I did find Paul somewhat amusing with the ridiculous lies he told.
As for the twist at the end, I had suspected it.
All in all, an ok-ish read.

I'm putting this in the mixed fiction book box.

Like Dolph1n I found this a really unpleasant group of people but as the reader I ended up being fascinated with Paul's demise as he sank deeper into the quicksand.
And off it goes in the Already Crossed Book Box to find a new reader.
Taking out of the Already Crossed BookBox.
I enjoyed this, was different to what I was expecting!
