I hated this book. I can't believe I'm registering it and subjecting it to someone else, but there were people in my class who enjoyed it, or at least weren't writhing with hatred like me, so perhaps you will like it too. A fantasy, written in 1915, about a country where there are only women (they all have divine, virginal births) -- and what happens when three men go exploring there. Charlotte Perkins Gilman tries to debunk male stereotypes about women, or at least what she perceives those to be, but only succeeds in stereotyping the men to the same extent. At least it's short.
