I picked this up second hand to read and release.
This is the story of a girl who is being brought up by her very unconventional mum and longs to be part of a "normal" family. When they move to a new home, it looks like Dido's wishes have been granted with their new neighbours, but life isn't that straightforward. I really enjoyed this novel, partly because all of the characters have their flaws.
