Found this book at a Little Free Library. Sounds intriguing so I decided to give it a try.
A curious premise of what happens if the women are suddenly gifted with the power to inflict pain or even kill at the flick of their fingers? Will the world really be a kinder, gentler place as we all believe it will be? This book is an interesting thought exercise, though the author definitely has a rather pessimistic opinion.
This book does turn me off a bit with the language and violence. Picture of male genital mutilation, ouch. I understand that some of the characters are gangsters, but all that cursing makes me flinch. Also, none of the main characters are very likable, though Roxy kicks ass, making it hard for me to like the book much.
