I got this softcover at Toadstool Books (now Balin Books) in Nashua NH. It's subtitled "Twenty writers on immigration, family, and the meaning of home". It features some impressive, touching, sometimes harrowing, often triumphant looks at the experiences of immigrants to the US from many different countries. There are keen examinations of the sometimes-draconian immigration regulations - a far cry from "Give me your tired, your poor" - and descriptions of racial/ethnic privilege across different populations.
