In the late 1950’s sisters, Rose and Emer, live on the remote island of St Brigid’s off the coast of Ireland. One day a stranger, Brigid, arrives with a secret purpose. She is in need of a miracle and believes that the island, the legend of St Brigid’s and maybe the good people can help her. Little do they all realise that her quest will endanger all those who remain on the island.
