Obviously this book doesn't stand to a serious scrutinity. Many incidents that are supposed to be verified, support their credibility to the faith that press is always true and precise, while we all know that's often not the case. Many urban legends are plain ridiculous and I don't know why they had to be included in the book.
That said, I'm sure many incidents are true or based on true facts. Given the things I hear/witness every day, nothing surprise me much! An OK read to pass the time...
