My husband brought me some McDonald's books to bookcross and this is one of them! It was purchased in Woodstock, ON. It's different to see a hard cover on McDonald's books. I haven't read this book and I'm not familiar with the Tiny Detectives series but I will give it a quick read before sending it on its way.
Note: This seems to be the first copy of this book registered on Bookcrossing! It's always cool when that happens :-)

This is the second book in the Tiny Detectives series that I have read. I was pleasantly surprised by the first one so there was a bar set, and this book did not disappoint me.
This series centres on a family of tiny people (along the lines of The Borrowers or The Littles)-- a mixed race family whose name is also Tiny-- that lives in a bookcase. The children ask scientific questions, and the family sets off on adventures to discover the answers by climbing into books from the shelf.
I liked the parents' attitudes and as I said, I have been quite impressed by this series.
I will definitely keep it in mind for the little people in my life.
