This is a hardcover book. My sister passed it on to me to bookcross. Although Mankell is known for his Kurt Wallender mysteries this appears to be a more literary type of book. The frontispiece says this book is "the surprising and affecting story of a man well past middle age who suddenly finds himself on the threshold of renewal."

I left this book on the pay phone at the shower building on the upper level or campsites. This release is for the 2021 52 Towns in 52 weeks release challenge - Town # 8.
