I got this book from my friend Christina when she decided to move to Shanghai and needed to find some homes for a book she left behind. SLAM is Nick Hornby's first YA novel about a skater boy who needs to grow up fast. I couldn't find myself in there at all, but then maybe I don't have to.

I left this book on a bench on Melbourn Green next to the Village Sign looking towards the church after visiting the community Midwife at the school.
