THANK YOU SOOOOO VERY MUCH, Bookworm-lady...for making a WISH come true by sending this brand new copy of “Plum Tea Crazy”...which is one of the next in line a few books ahead of where I am in the series that I haven't read, didn't own, and am very much looking forward to reading...as part of the 2021 Birthday Group https://www.bookcrossing.com/forum/10/571674 !!!❤❌⭕

From Amazon...

While viewing the harbor's Gaslights and Galleons Parade from the widow's walk of Timothy Neville's Charleston mansion, local banker Carson Lanier seemingly tumbles over a narrow railing, then plunges three stories to his death. But a tragic accident becomes something much more sinister when it's discovered that the victim was first shot with a bolt from a crossbow.

At the request of the mansion owner, Theodosia investigates the tragedy and is soon neck deep in suspects. An almost ex-wife, a coworker, a real estate partner--all had motives for killing the luckless banker, but one resorted to murder to settle accounts.

📚CELEBRATING BOOKCROSSING DAY 21 APRIL 2022📚, and your ✨16th BC ANNIVERSARY 24 APRIL✨, Bookworm-lady❤❌⭕, by reading this BIRTHDAY RABCK...THANK YOU, AGAIN🤗... as part of Katethegreyt's April Readathon (she hosts one near the end of every month in the Book Talk Forum😉) that begins this week on Friday 22 April, as luck would have it this month, aka Bookcrossing Day, 21 April at 2359 (see excerpt below). https://www.bookcrossing.com/forum/6/580820 Once finished, I am planning on finding out which BCer, if any...may be wishing for this book, so its Journey can continue!!!🤗

👉 QUESTION-When do we start and finish? WE START on Thursday 21 April at 2359 pm as it turns to midnight Friday 22 April in your time zone. We will read for 7 full days and nights and stop when Thursday 28 April at 2359 pm becomes Friday 29 April in your time zone.

✨I have finished reading this on Bookworm-lady's Official 24 April 16th BC Anniversary Date!!!📚 https://www.bookcrossing.com/forum/10/580564/9914564 Another great mystery, albeit several loose ends left after all is said and done, and the perpetrator was another that was NOT on the authorities list of suspects, but WAS #1 on mine, for reasons I will not disclose, as I have found them to be a bit repetitious among the past few books in the series, and knowing how I've narrowed down to the prime suspect would spoil the fun for someone else.🤗 At the end of the last chapter of this book, this poem is offered before the recipes, tea tips, and other resources (a format consistent with other books in this series) are shared:

A Winter Night
by Sung Dynasty Poet Hu Hsiao-Shan

One winter night
A friend dropped in.
We drank not wine but tea.
The kettle hissed,
The charcoal glowed,
A bright moon showed outside.
The moon itself
Was nothing special -
But, ah, the plum tree blossom!
