Traditional Irish Cooking for Today
1 journaler for this copy...
I got this slim softcover at Barnes and Noble. It contains a number of traditional recipes, emphasizing locally-sourced ingredients when possible. While some appear to have enhanced seasonings over the original versions, the majority sound both tasty and iconic, from the lamb and barley hot pot to the colcannon to the barmbrack. And yes, it's made me put lamb and cabbage and turnips on my shopping list!
