Very interesting account of the life of Virginia Hall, who was the first Allied woman to be deployed behind enemy lines in France during World II. She was intelligent, resourceful, and brave, all the while finding herself subservient to men, who often came nowhere near her level of skill and ability in the field. She deserves to be better known.
