Guenevere, Queen of the Summer Country
3 journalers for this copy...
I got this from a Little Free Library this past summer, and have been pushing myself to read it over the last week or so. It just isn't meshing for me. The characters are just so bland! It's not a good sign when I interrupt my lunch break to set aside a book and check my e-mail, in hopes of something more engaging. It seems a little silly to give up once I'm close to three hundred pages in, but I feel no compulsion to finish it.
Hopefully it will be a better fit for the next reader!

Sent to the winner of the Supernatural Sweepstakes, in hopes that it might find a more appreciate reader if it travels further afield.
Received as part of the Amazing Supernatural Sweepstakes. Thanks.
King Arthur themes can be fun. I'll see what I think.

It started off a bit slow and I'd have liked a bit more depth in the characters but I enjoyed it and thought it gave some interesting motivations & additions to the superficial-seeming basic Arthurian legends.
I'm counting this for G in the A-Z Titles Reading Challenge for 2021.
