Elizabeth Bennet's Deception

"What if Fitzwilliam Darcy refused to approach Elizabeth Bennet when he observes her upon the grounds of Pemberley? What if Elizabeth permits Mr. Darcy to think her the one ruined by Mr. Wickham? What if love is not enough to bring two souls together?"
The first twist of this story is a nice idea. But that plot does not carry on that long. Darcy find out the truth quick enough, which is a bit boring.
Than there are a few turn which I do not understand. I mean they confessed their affection, but Lizzy insists not to talk to Darcy in Pemberley. That does not seem to be her character and she supposed to be intelligent enough to his actins in Pemberley as a confused result of his illness. I really do not get it what they a quarreling about in the last bit of this book.
Mrs. Jeffers can do better than this!

Yeah, I haven't changed my mind much since reading it the last time.
It starts really good, but than the turns do not seem to fit properly.
