This book is in a Controlled Release!
2 journalers for this copy...
I needed something a bit more light hearted and this fitted the bill. No one was particularly likeable but the twists and turns kept this enjoyable until the end.

Received in the post and just taken out of quarantine. Thanks very much. This is a wishlist book requested through the Reading It Want It thread. Also in the parcel was another surprise wishlist book (Soldier Spy) and lots of labels and other goodies. Just the kind of parcel to cheer me up during this horrible pandemic we're living through.
REVIEW:-"I was really looking forward to reading this book as I've always had a fascination with lottery winners and the stories of what they do with their winnings However I was rather disappointed with how the story panned out. I couldn't believe how devious all the 6 main characters turned out to be and had no sympathy for them at all by the end of the book, especially considering they were meant to have been such good friends for over 15 years. There were many side stories too which over-complicated the plot and if I had sympathy with anyone it was with the teenagers Emily, Ridley and Logan who were drawn into the warring between their parents. I felt there were a few too many twists and turns in the plot altogether and I'm not sure whether I would look for further titles by this author."
Reserving the book for my cousin the next time I see her, which may not be for a while as she lives in Essex and we are all in lockdown at present.

To the finder:-
Welcome to bookcrossing -you have found a travelling book. Please make a journal entry now to say where you found the book in case it has been moved. Then, when you have read it, please come back and make a further entry saying whether or not you enjoyed the book and why. It is now yours to do as you like with it, pass it to a friend or just leave it somewhere different for someone else to find and help it with its' journey. Of course if you can't bear to part with it at the moment then keep it, but please let me know that you have found it. If you join bookcrossing, which is free and spam-free, you can follow the book on its' travels as you will get an email each time it changes hands, but if you prefer to remain anonymous, that's fine too. Please also say what you intend to do with the book next. Thanks for coming onto the site to let me know you have found the book.
I already have books travelling in many countries around the world-a list can be found on my bookcrossing profile.
When re-releasing this book please be aware that airports are not a good place to leave books unless they have a specific book exchange shelf or area, due to security problems, so they may well just be disposed of. Also charity shops may well discard books that have been labelled in any way and they mostly chose only the books in the very best condition
to place on their shelves and discard the rest-so another bad release option.

My cousin has been in touch to say she has just finished this book and although she enjoyed it she found it a bit predictable towards the end. She is looking for a new home for the book and will let me know when she releases it.
My cousin has just reported that she has passed this book onto a lady at her camp site in Weymouth, Dorset.
