Wishlist tag book safely received: thank you!

I found an article about the book which explains why it shows the author as "Kressman Taylor" although her actual name was Kathrine Kressman Taylor.

Ouch. That packs a punch...but what really blows my mind is that this little epistolary story was published in 1938.

I recently read The Boys in the Boat and was reminded how quickly - and how early - things started go bad in Germany under Hitler: by 1938 the writing was clearly on the wall for those who cared to look, but it's still impressive that this story was published at the time.

This book is the perfect example that small things can pack a big punch. It delivers such a powerful message in a few pages, a story that stays with you much longer than the time it takes to read it.
