This is not an ordinary book: it's a BookCrossing book! BookCrossing books are world travelers - they like to have adventures and make new friends...and with your help, they can even write home to say what they've been doing! (You may remain anonymous if you wish.)

Trade paperback with illustrations by Kurt Wiese; originally published as To and Again. From a bazaar at Harris Methodist.

Charles the rooster convinces a group of animals from the Beans' farm to head south for the winter.

This edition is billed as part of "The Freddy Collection" but this particular volume - which was the first - is not particularly Freddy-centered; it's got more of an ensemble cast. I'm not sure why the rooster has to be the one to fly, not one of the ducks, but...oh well.

I'll count this as my Florida read (45/51) for the 2020 version of NancyNova's US States reading challenge.
