Well I've had this in my bookcase for years and I have to admit that I'm never going to find time to get into this. So I'm passing it on to someone after I spotted it on their wishlist. Did have a bit of a snigger to myself though! When I registered it I only had children's labels left , can't see any children reading this!!

12 Nov 23 - This had been on my shelf looking daunting for far too long, so with a holiday on the horizon and time to concentrate I took this with me to make a start.
Ok my score might be average, which was mostly due the war parts, I found them hard to follow at times, but that maybe down to my lack of knowledge of that era. But I enjoyed the society parts, and the relationships between the characters. And it actually wasn’t that difficult to read, yes it’s huge, but the chapters are quite short making it fairly easy to pick up and put down. I’ve definitely read harder books.
