Picked up from the free library in Dalry. Currently reading, glad to see from Beatfienduk's comment below that it improves once the action leaves Paris. I'll keep going then

This is an oddity of a book, sometimes weird, sometimes boring. It is a sort of anti-novel in that you can read the chapters in different orders and several chapters at the back are described as expendable, though these were often the chapters I found most interesting. I'll probably put this back in the same free library, though there is another of those near to where I live so I may try that.
