Lesley Waters focuses on recipes with a spicy twist, using a range of ingredients from horseradish and ginger to garlic, juniper and chillies. She describes "baked potato halves with feta and green peppercorn crust" and "easy blini pancakes with chilli and avocado" to name but a few.
