I found this UK-edition softcover in this Little Free Library in Bedford NH while dropping off some books of my own. The novel's about Elizabeth Woodville, wife of King Edward IV, and it inspired a 2013 mini-series (which also drew on the sequels). Elizabeth's daughter eventually married Henry Tudor, who became Henry VII.
[There's a TV Tropes page on the "Cousins' War" series of novels by Gregory, with some entertaining tidbits.]
