Not sure how to rate this — probably great if your idea of a fine meal is “Soup with crushed wheat dried in yoghourt [sic]”, “Lamb’s or calf’s head soup” or “Woodcocks in liver sauce.” I’ve been to Cyprus many times and the local food is superb, so it’s a shame that this book has always made me less hungry, not more. Perhaps someone will enjoy it.
