This was very funny. Some of the characters in this are AWFUL people, but so cleverly observed and described. I find that level of wealth upsetting no matter who has it, so that was one thing that I couldn't get past. There would be plenty to go around if we had fewer billionaires hoarding all the resources. My favourite characters were, of course, Rachel and her mum.
