I found this hefty hardcover in this Little Free Library in New London NH while dropping off some books of my own. Created by the Junior League of Denver, it features recipes chosen from submissions from around the state, with some stunning photos of natural scenery as well as some of the dishes. Some intriguing recipes included the corn shortbread (using cornmeal for a different texture and flavor), some zippy jalapeno-based salsas, and even a not-Colorado-sounding-at-all artichoke souffle...
