Bought second hand to read it, to keep it.

Oh Yes! I was always wishing for a version with Elizabeth as a governess und finely I read one. For my taste it could have been darker, like Elizabeth working for a horrible family, her employee trying to seduce her or something like that.
Well I liked this version a lot. But I would have wished for more details in the end: How did Rosalyn recieve the message about Lizzies and Darcys marriage? How did her family depart from Pemberley? I mean they were acually dismissing Elizabeth, I can not really see why Lizzie and Darcy would not have stronger feeling about them. In the end they even want to dine with them! I do not really believe that.

After discovering Kara Lousises Variations this year I am quite fond of them. I think this is my third one :-)

Read it again and liked it again.
Again I missed a chapter about what happend in Pemberley after Elizabeth left. Emily could have had a part in it being a good observer with saying that Darcy left because he is obviously in love with Miss Bennet or something like that.
