I got this softcover (by Atelier Sento, a pseudonym for Cecile Brun and Olivier Pichard) at Toadstool Books. It's about two young foreigners visiting Japan, who come across a camera that allegedly takes photos of spirits...

Turns out it's a sweet, rather fun travelogue, taking the characters around to various locales, showing the sights and the food, local customs, and more. In between there are pages devoted to such things as the instructions for the magical camera, and the actual spirit photos themselves! (Those are shown in blue-and-white, and an appendix describes the caffenol process of developing the film - a real process, though not one known for revealing spirits. The photos do show things that aren't visible in the original frames, too, with sometimes-charming, sometimes-spooky effect.)

I enjoyed the feeling of being along for the trip, without having to put up with delays, being lost, getting stuck in the rain, or the other hazards of travel {wry grin}.

The bonus material includes maps of the places visited, and heaps of photos of the authors' actual trip and the people and places that inspired the graphic novel.
