This week is Banned Books Week and this book is listed on the American Library Association's list of Frequently Challenged Children's Books, so it is being left in the Little Free Library to celebrate our right to read.

Today marks the beginning of Banned Books Week, so this book, which has been frequently challenged or banned, is being placed in the Little Free Library to celebrate our right to read.
I never read this as a student - found it interesting as an adult read. I plan to take it overseas and drop it at a Community Liaison Office at a US embassy. We'll see if another reader logs it in...
