A gift of fruitcake between

two old and fading friends,
starts a beautiful circle.

This wasn't a book that I went out looking for, I just kind of happened upon it. It was itty bitty, so I thought I'd have time to read it before the box needed to go out and I did have enough time for that. :)

For such a tiny little book, I thought it was fun. It was simple and it didn't go into any great detail but it was a form of the circle of life and the many ways that people's lives interact.

In this case, the connection is a fruitcake and the saving grace it visits on all who's hands it passes through. It wasn't anything detailed but it's a lovely little book to keep you warm on a cold holiday night. ;)
