Subtitle: First woman to win the Iditarod tells her story

Endurance sled dog racing is not for the faint of heart...or the fastidious. Or, from the sound of it, for vegetarians: exertion in the extreme cold seems to require a lot of fat & protein, and not just for the dogs.

I'll count this as my Alaska read (29/51) for the 2020 version of NancyNova's US States reading challenge.
