Russbaum

I really enjoyed this book. Somehow the author has managed to really get inside the mind of a normal guy living a really difficult life. The Aspergers research was detailed and very much reminded me of someone I knew who struggled through their own life in the same way. I was only disappointed by the growth exhibited by the main character - in my experience, people with Aspergers never manage to understand facial features or get "normal" humour, but I understand it was essential for the story.

Overall, a book I really enjoyed reading.

I came back from holiday and found this book waiting for me on the doormat. Thanks so much for sending this to me, russbaum! I've enjoyed all the other Belinda Bauer books I've read so far, so I'm looking forward to this one.
