This is a retold version of the famous story by Dante, easier accessible than the original, but equally horrific in the punishments. Allen finds himself in hell and to leave it, he has to pass through all the different levels. He encounters lots of people he knows or has heard of. They are all american, but with Dante they were all italian - maybe logical. A bit illogical is that Allen's guide is not american and quite absurd is that he (Allen) does not recognize him. Nevertheless, a good read even if you have not read Dante.
After rereading the book, I am ready to let it travel. (The travelling book has a different cover.)

WILD RELEASE NOTES:
Boek zoekt lezer op bc-meeting.
Last year I read Lucifer's Hammer by the same two authors and it was fantastic, so I was excited to find this on the table in Castricum. This looks somewhat weirder, so I'm not sure I'll be as enthusiastic. We'll see.
