I got this hardcover from Barnes and Noble, in memory of the late Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who will be sorely missed. It includes snippets from her biography, with notes about the ways in which she approached the many challenges in her life - and with lots of examples of traits that I dearly wish were more common among the leaders of the land. The ability to "disagree agreeably", even forming friendships with political rivals; taking time to refresh and regroup; and the knack for accepting drawbacks and moving on to battle again another day.

There are notes about her fabulous collars, which she began to use as indicators to signal her decisions; a nod to her husband Marty, whom she valued in part because he always found her work just as important as his; and her own quote for how she'd like to be remembered:

"Someone who used whatever talent she had to do her work to the very best of her ability. "
