Happy Halloween!

I just opened my Halloween package! Thank you for all the goodies!

I suspect my feelings about this book were very similar to the main character's feelings about his job and hometown. I kept intending to quit, but then there would be something just engaging enough to make me decide to keep going for a while. However, unlike the main character, I actually did give up halfway through!

Hopefully it will be a better fit for the next reader.

Added to the LFL, which was completely empty! I guess I'll have to make it a point to stop by again soon with more books.

A new food-sharing cabinet was just put up nearby by Cortland County Mutual Aid so I suspect that folks who are in need of food might be visiting the LFL too, and it might be getting some extra traffic due to that.
